The evaluation addresses multiple questions. First of all it needs to be established given the information available if implementation of the process is feasible. Second point in the evaluation is to determine whether the process design provides sufficient support for the organisations product/services portfolio and the envisaged changes therein. Finally it needs to be determined if the process design provides sufficient coverage for the business requirements and change drivers that apply to it.
